1. Who these terms are with
This website (aryash.health, aryashhealth.com, aryash.co.uk) is operated by Aryash Health Limited, a company registered in England and Wales.
Company number: 17001109
Registered office: C/O Charles Rippin & Turner, 130 College Road, Harrow, England, HA1 1BQ, United Kingdom
Contact: feedback@aryash.health
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. What this website is — and is not
Aryash Health publishes patient-facing plain-English health information, written and reviewed by Dr Krishnan Pasupathi (MBBS MBA MRCGP, GMC 6050795), an NHS GP Partner.
This website is the home of the Aryash Patient Health Explainer — a UK Class I medical device (UK MDR 2002, Rule 12) made up of four modules: the Blood Test Explainer, Cardiovascular Risk Explainer, Heart Health Explainer, and Men's Health Explainer. The content is intended to help you understand your care. It is general information and does not replace the clinical assessment of your GP or healthcare team.
This website is not:
- a medical consultation;
- a diagnosis of any condition;
- a recommendation that any particular treatment is right for you;
- a substitute for advice from your GP, hospital doctor, pharmacist, or other qualified clinician;
- a substitute for the NHS, NHS 111, or emergency services.
3. Emergencies
If you think you or someone else is having a medical emergency — for example chest pain, breathing difficulty, severe bleeding, sudden weakness, confusion, or loss of consciousness — call 999 immediately. Do not use this website to decide whether to seek emergency care.
For urgent but non-life-threatening problems, call NHS 111 or visit 111.nhs.uk.
4. Our health tools
Some of the linked Aryash sites contain interactive health tools. Where any tool is regulated as a medical device under UK MDR 2002 (as amended), it is operated by Aryash Health Limited as the manufacturer and is registered with the MHRA where required. The terms and instructions for each tool are published on the site that hosts it — please read them before using the tool.
If you experience a problem with any tool — for example, content that appears wrong, an unexpected result, or anything that affected (or could have affected) a health decision — please report it to feedback@aryash.health. We are required to keep a record of safety reports as part of our post-market surveillance obligations.
5. Permitted use
You may:
- Read the content on this website for your own personal, non-commercial use.
- Share a link to a page with friends, family, or colleagues.

You may not, without our prior written permission:
- Republish, copy, or redistribute substantial parts of the content (whether or not for commercial purposes).
- Use any automated system, scraper, or AI training pipeline to harvest the content.
- Frame, mirror, or wrap the content within another site or app.
- Remove or alter any copyright, trade mark, or attribution notice.
- Use the content in a way that misrepresents Aryash Health, Dr Pasupathi, or the NHS.
If you'd like to reuse content (for a clinic, school, charity, or research project), please ask: feedback@aryash.health. We're usually happy to say yes.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, illustrations, logos, layout, and code — is © Aryash Health Limited unless otherwise marked. The "Aryash", "AryaSh", and "Aryash Health" names and the Aryash logo are trade marks of Aryash Health Limited.
Where content is sourced from or based on third-party material (for example, NHS guidance, NICE guidelines, or peer-reviewed studies), the original sources retain their own rights and we credit them on the relevant page.
7. Accuracy
We work hard to keep the information on this website accurate, current, and aligned with current UK clinical practice (including NICE guidance, NHS information, and MHRA advice where applicable). Health information changes — what was best practice last year may not be best practice today.
We do not guarantee that every page is fully up to date at every moment. If you spot something that looks wrong or out of date, please tell us at feedback@aryash.health.
8. Links to other websites
We link to NHS, NICE, MHRA, and other reputable sites. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies and we are not responsible for their content.
9. Availability
This is a free service offered as-is. We try to keep it available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, update, or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.
10. Limitation of liability
This website is provided free of charge as plain-English patient information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aryash Health Limited and Dr Pasupathi exclude all warranties, conditions, and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law, or the law of equity, in relation to the website and its content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss or damage — including loss of profits, business, opportunity, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, or any indirect or consequential loss — arising from your use of (or inability to use) this website or any reliance on its content.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, or other applicable UK law.
This clause does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. No clinician-patient relationship
Reading this website does not create a clinician-patient relationship between you and Dr Pasupathi or any other clinician associated with Aryash Health. If you need clinical advice about your own situation, please speak to your own GP or other healthcare professional.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy page explains what information we collect (very little) and what we do with it.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be at this URL. The "last updated" date below tells you when we last changed anything. By continuing to use the website after we update the terms, you accept the updated version.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the use of this website, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
15. Contact
